Chef Vipul Bhasin has more than 25 years of experience in Indian Cuisine. He is an alumni of the Indian Kitchen, in the Taj Group of Hotels, a premier chain, in India operating 5 Star Deluxe Hotels. He owns the restaurants Corianader & Indya in South Jersey and Veda in Philadelphia.
